Symptomatica Roadmap: Mobile App, Doctor Recommendations, and More

Symptomatica is a living product. We are not building it in silence to one day unveil a finished solution. We build it openly, iterate based on real usage, and talk about our plans honestly — without inflated promises or marketing language.

On this page: what is already working, what we are actively developing, and where we are headed in the long term.

What Is Working Right Now

Before talking about plans — here is what is already available to users today.

Telegram bot. The main entry point to the service. Works on any device, requires no separate app installation. Simply open a chat and start a conversation.

Symptom analysis. Describe your symptoms — the AI asks clarifying questions and delivers a structured result: possible causes, urgency assessment, recommendation for the next step. Not a list of twenty diagnoses — concrete navigation.

Lab result interpretation. Upload blood or urine test results — Symptomatica explains each marker: what it is, whether it is within range, what a deviation means. Understandable without a medical degree.

Drug interaction check. List the medications you take — the service checks whether they can be taken together and what to watch out for.

Specialist matching. Based on your symptom description, Symptomatica tells you which specific type of doctor to see — not just "see a doctor," but a specific specialty.

First 5 queries free. No registration, no credit card. You can try it right now.

What We Are Developing: Near-Term Plans

These are the things we are actively working on or planning to start soon. We intentionally do not give specific dates — better to do it well than fast and poorly.

Mobile app for iOS and Android. A dedicated app offers more than the Telegram bot: full conversation history in one place, a personal health profile, notifications, a more convenient interface for working with lab documents. This is the next major step for Symptomatica.

Specific doctor recommendations. Today Symptomatica says "you need a cardiologist." We are working toward "here are three cardiologists near you, with their ratings, reviews, and next available appointment." A major step — from navigation to a complete route to a doctor.

Full-featured web client. The current website is an entry point. We plan to develop it into a full web client where you can do everything the mobile app does.

WhatsApp bot. For users who prefer WhatsApp. Particularly relevant for international audiences — in some countries WhatsApp is more popular than Telegram.

Long-Term Vision: Where Symptomatica Is Headed

These are longer-horizon plans — things we want to build but that will take time. We say this honestly: this is a vision, not promises with specific dates.

Laboratory integration. Imagine: you get blood tests at a lab, and the results automatically appear in Symptomatica with interpretation — no manual entry, no photographing paper reports. This requires partnerships with laboratories, but it is where we are headed.

Desktop client for Windows and Mac. For users who prefer working from a computer. Especially useful for those who want a convenient way to work with larger volumes of medical documents.

B2B API for clinics and healthcare organizations. Symptomatica as a tool for clinics: pre-appointment history collection, automatic lab result interpretation for patients, reducing call center load. This is a separate direction with a different working model.

Medical record integration. The ability to connect data from medical information systems, so Symptomatica can see a patient's health history and provide more accurate recommendations with context.

International expansion. The primary audience today is Russian-speaking users. The English version is already live. Plans include adaptation for other markets and languages.

How Users Shape the Development of the Service

The priorities in our roadmap are determined not only by our own ideas, but by what users tell us. This is not a marketing phrase — it is literally how our process works.

The drug interaction module was added because many users asked for it. We simplified the language in lab result interpretation after several people wrote that the responses were too technical. Urgency assessment became more specific after feedback that users needed a clear conclusion, not a list of possibilities.

If you want a particular feature to appear sooner — write to us. We do not promise to build everything, but we promise to read and consider it when planning. Frequent requests for the same feature are a signal we do not ignore.

Specific scenarios are especially valuable: "I need this because I keep running into this situation." This helps us understand not just what is needed, but why.

Stay Updated

We try to communicate openly about new features and changes. A few ways to stay informed:

Telegram channel. The fastest way to hear about news. We post announcements of new features, share changes, and sometimes talk about what we are planning next.

This page. We update the roadmap as things change. If you want to follow the development of the service — you can check back here periodically.

Feedback. If you want to participate in testing new features before the official release — write to us. We are building a beta tester group.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the mobile app be released?

We are working on the mobile app for iOS and Android. We will not give a specific date — better to release it well than in a rush. Follow updates in the Telegram channel: we will announce the launch there first.

Will Symptomatica recommend specific doctors?

Yes, this is one of the key development directions. We plan to move from "you need a cardiologist" to "here are specific cardiologists near you with ratings and available appointment times." This requires partnerships and technical work, but it is where we are headed.

Will there be medical record integration?

This is in our long-term plans. Integration with medical information systems would allow Symptomatica to factor in health history when analyzing symptoms. This is a complex task from both a technical and regulatory standpoint, but we see significant value in it for users.

How do I find out about new features?

Subscribe to the Symptomatica Telegram channel — we post all announcements there. You can also check back on this page periodically: we update the roadmap as things change. If you participate in beta testing — you will hear about new features before anyone else.

Can I suggest a feature?

Yes, and we welcome it. Write to us through the feedback form on the site or via Telegram. Describe what feature you need and why — a specific use case helps us better understand the value of the idea. We read all suggestions and factor them into planning.
